Delivery in the UAE
Delivery is completely free across the UAE. In Dubai we deliver within 2–3 hours, depending on your location, and across the rest of the UAE we deliver the same day. Our private driver can bring your selected items directly to you.
Worldwide shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination, and we confirm them with you on WhatsApp before you order.
Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery in the UAE and secure payment links. We do not currently offer Tabby or Tamara installments.
Inspect before you accept
You can inspect and compare the product before accepting it. If you don’t want it, you can return it to the delivery person.
Returns & refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds once a piece has been accepted, so please take your time to inspect it on delivery.
